BMs are more controlled and have a regular sausage like configuration. More regular BMs in more controlled shape. I've taken probiotics over time, but none have controlled as Colon Cleanse has.

Have been taking about 4-5 weeks, still approaching bowel normalcy….softening now less solid but still too large to flush without breaking them chopping with sticks to flush…forming sausage size smooth softer…2-4 days apart no purification …not spontaneous yet but better and less strain to go… Improving gut health, easing urine pressure s and apparent minor infection…still have to be aware of my presence…do not use public toilets unless clean and pressurized or go at home.
